Vad sägs om:
Funuktionalitet.
Funkar nu. Det är allt vi vet.
Sen, när det inte fungerar längre blir det något annat.
En förrktion.

Interesting concept. And I completely sympathise with your dilemma. For example, when a Skype update took place a couple of years back, our DECT/Skype cordless phones stopped working. We had to revert to the original (outdated) Skype system.
And here's a semi-related story: if you are a Nokia user, the awful "software update" function in their PC Suite does not "update." Rather, it reformats the entire phone, which means everything from contacts to plug-ins need to be reinstalled from scratch - and interesting twist on onceability.

Intressant! Här är du något relevant på spåren!
Link rot brukar man ju prata om, ett problem som knappast lär minska sedan vi fick url-förkortartjänster.

I am rather used to -ability things saying what a system can do for the users, not what it fails to do. Findability, accessibility etc. are all useful and helpful to me. Onceability would be the opposite, so I suggest using the exact contrary, like "durability" - if it's durable it doesn't rot.
In German it could be "Einmalkeit" or something like this, and the opposite the good old "Haltbarkeit" (:
